Handy Wrap

Handy wrap is a smaller‑width stretch film (typically 100 mm) designed to bundle items, secure small boxes or consolidate multiple items on a pallet without using full‑width pallet wrap. Because it wraps just the portion needed and sticks only to itself, it avoids leaving adhesive or residue on the actual product. This makes it particularly useful in picking environments, for bundling cartons before palletising, or securing irregular loads in transit.

Unlike full‑width hand pallet wrap, handy wrap provides flexibility in applications where a full wrap isn’t necessary or loads are smaller. It allows more precise application, uses less material for bundling tasks, and reduces waste. Its narrow width makes it easier to manoeuvre around smaller items or bundles, and its self‑cling properties mean there is no tacky surface left on the product, improving presentation and reducing cleanup.

The clear film gives visibility of bundles while still offering secure hold, while the black film is ideal for concealing contents or providing a uniform appearance for dispatch. Both options feature strong cling and stretch characteristics at film thicknesses suited to secure loads without over‑consumption of material.
